- Analyse training product requirements, including elements, performance criteria, performance evidence, knowledge evidence and assessment conditions
- Use source-grounded prompting, templates and version control to draft resources with AI
- Develop accessible learner resources with realistic workplace scenarios and activities
- Develop assessment tools, including knowledge questions, practical tasks, observation checklists, marking guides and instructions
- Map assessment evidence to training product requirements and identify coverage gaps
- Quality-assure AI-assisted resources for accuracy, sufficiency, authenticity, copyright, industry currency and accessibility
- Prepare resources for digital publishing in an LMS or as SCORM content
