- Plan risk-based validation, including sampling, validator credentials and independence, under Standard 1.5
- Prepare and run moderation that brings assessor judgements into alignment
- Identify and rate assessment defects in tools, judgements and processes
- Document validation findings and corrective actions, including appropriate records of AI use
