- Use approved AI tools to review RTO documents and records against defined criteria, with privacy and confidentiality controls
- Map documents and processes against the 2025 Standards for RTOs and identify coverage gaps
- Analyse evidence for inconsistencies, missing evidence, recurring issues and control weaknesses, and verify every AI suggestion against source evidence
- Write fair, evidence-based findings that distinguish observations from noncompliance
