- Assess model and data provenance and the layers of an AI supply chain, including subprocessors and foundation model providers
- Design and critically evaluate information security and privacy questionnaires for AI vendors, including cross-border data handling
- Identify AI-specific contract terms covering data use, intellectual property, liability, transparency, service levels and subcontractors
- Plan ongoing vendor monitoring with re-assessment triggers, and exit and business continuity arrangements
- Prepare a comparative due diligence report with a supplier risk rating and conditions for approval
