  3. Apply consumer law to AI claims, chatbot statements and AI-enabled products
  4. Identify discrimination, Fair Work, surveillance and work health and safety risks in workplace AI
  5. Recognise sector-specific obligations and government procurement requirements for AI
  6. Map AI activities to laws and regulators, and implement and document an AI policy
