- Establish and maintain an AI system inventory that is complete and current
- Design risk screening, tiering and approval controls proportionate to risk
- Specify procurement and monitoring controls, including key risk indicators
- Plan governance reporting, internal audit and continual improvement for the framework
- Produce a draft organisational AI governance framework ready for executive endorsement
