Planned learning outcomes

  1. Interpret the purpose, applicability, terminology and clause structure of ISO/IEC 42001 and its relationship to other standards
  2. Determine organisational context, interested parties, AI roles and a justified AIMS scope
  3. Describe leadership obligations, the AI policy and governance roles for an AIMS
  4. Plan AI risk assessment, risk treatment, impact assessment, objectives and changes, including a Statement of Applicability
  5. Establish support arrangements and operational controls across the AI lifecycle, data and suppliers
  6. Plan monitoring, internal audit, management review, corrective action and certification readiness
  7. Conduct a preliminary gap assessment and produce an implementation roadmap and initial AIMS documentation
